FOXHIRE
Last updated: March 2026
The short version
FoxHire is a tool that helps you find and reach out to hiring managers. You paste job postings, we run AI on them, you get contact suggestions and draft messages. The AI will sometimes be wrong. Don't blindly copy-paste outreach without reading it first. Don't use the tool to spam people. We can shut down accounts that abuse the service. That's the gist.
FoxHire is a job search research tool. It uses AI to parse job postings, identify potential hiring contacts, and draft outreach messages.
FoxHire is not a recruiter, not an employment agency, and not a guarantor of job outcomes. We don't promise you'll get interviews, callbacks, or job offers. The tool gives you a better starting point for outreach. What you do with it is up to you.
You need an account to use FoxHire. You can register with email/password or sign in with Google.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know and we'll lock it down.
One account per person. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to get around credit limits.
FoxHire uses a credit system. You get a small number of free credits when you sign up. After that, you can purchase additional credits through the app.
All credit purchases are processed through Stripe. Purchases are non-refundable, with one exception: if a technical failure on our end causes you to lose credits without getting results, we'll restore those credits.
We reserve the right to change pricing. If we do, it won't affect credits you've already purchased.
The AI features in FoxHire are useful but imperfect. Specifically:
We provide confidence levels where possible, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Use your judgment.
Use FoxHire for legitimate job searching and professional networking. Don't use it to:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
You own everything you put into FoxHire: your resume, your job postings, your edits to draft emails. We don't claim any ownership over your content.
We do need a license to operate the service. By using FoxHire, you grant us permission to process your content through our AI pipeline (which includes sending it to Anthropic's API). This license exists solely to provide the service to you. We won't use your content for anything else.
FoxHire is an early-stage product. Things will break, features will change, and there will be downtime. We'll do our best to keep things running, but we don't guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect how you use the product, we'll try to give you notice, but we're a one-person operation and sometimes things move fast.
You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we delete all your data permanently.
We can also terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we need to shut down the service. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused purchased credits.
FoxHire is provided as-is. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that using the tool will result in any particular job search outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxHire's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities, embarrassment from inaccurate outreach, or any other outcome of using AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify active users by email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
